Nutrition
month celebration is the best month for every people specially to people who
are unhealthy or not having good health. This celebration encouraged all of us
to maintain our healthy lifestyle. Nutrition month celebration is an annual
nutrition education and information campaign. It focuses on teaching people to
make correct food as well as developing good eating and exercising habits.
Me as a
student, having a good nutrition is very important part of leading a healthy
lifestyle and it can help us to avoid disease and illness such as hypertension
and cancer. It also makes our life become more enjoyable and keep our body in a
good condition to accomplish our daily tasks.
